Registration 08/09 Season

The cost is $285/player and $155/goalie if payment is received by May 31/08. The cost is $300/player and $163/goalie if payment is received after May 31/08. Cost in 3 equal installments (May 31, June 30, July 31st) $315/player and $170.50/goalie.

Registration includes insurance with CARHA of $26.00 non-refundable, jerseys to be returned at the end of the season. Anyone not returning their jersey will not be allowed to register for the following season.

Note: Your registration will not be confirmed until until payment is received. Any payments outstanding as of September 1st, 2008 will void your registration, and reciprocal request.

Efforts will be made to honour requests to play with one other person. The request must be reciprocal. Please indicate if you work shift work or have other committments which may prevent you from regularly attending games. This will not effect your registration but will help with player allocation. New players may be required to attend a evaluation session in order to fairly place them on a team.

Priority will be given to last season’s players until August 15th. New players are welcome to register before this date; new registrations will be dated in the order received and processed after Aug. 15th on a first-come, first-served basis until all teams are full.

Registration deadline is August 31st. All NSF cheques received will be charged a $35.00 fee. We regret that we can't offer refunds without medical certificates after October 31, 2008.

Due to limited ice time opportunities, we cannot provide exact days/times for games until closer to the season start date. Historically, all games have been played on weekends and we hope to maintain this.

We are always looking for goalies, so if you are interested in trying the goalie position (no commitment), please indicate in the "Additional Info" section below. If interested in goalie full or part time, do you have your own equipment? (The league has three sets of equipment only).
